DELL inspiron 1501. Cheap good amount of memory and it's lone lb400
If you are looking for good performing and reasonable price later go to dell, elsewhere you can try something used.
First of adjectives I don't know what you mean buy "too much" money. Dell have some of the best prices on the market for the product. They are other my first recommendation.
