What's the best running laptop underneath 2.3KG (about 5 pounds) - money no purpose?

I'm looking to receive a new laptop, and the basic criteria are that it's light (under 2.3kg, or 5 pounds), and giant performance (CPU, memory, in haste disk, graphics, etc). The cost is not a factor. It should be available in the UK, any now or exceedingly soon (next 4 weeks). Do you have any philosophy?

Thanks!

Answer:

The IBM/Lenovo X60 series has be rated the best ultra portable laptop currently on the marketplace (I have to agree,a s I purchased 20 for my firm for trialling as we want to get away from Dell, and they are reliable, prompt, good performing laptops beside great battery life). There are three models, the X60, X60s and X60 Tablet, adjectives are rated significantly, but I would go next to the X60s. The only denial is that is uses integrated graphics, hopefully that will alter now that Vista is out. It is a 2.5 lb. laptop near an 8.5 hour battery, 12 inch eyeshade. You cannot lose with any Lenovo product
I imagine you can go for sony vaio series. It will be smaller number in weightiness and high within performance.
There are a few laptops contained by the Dell XPS series, quite lightweight and incredibly powerful, but these may set you wager on a bit more than you bargain for as they are priced at the upper shutting down of the market
