That's probably the fan to be exact used to cool the CPU. Most laptop fans are loud because they are small, and small fan have to spin faster to move matching amount of air as a larger enthusiast.

If you unable to verify the problem, pls contact your laptop company to take for the customer service centre & attain the proper way fixed it.
