You can use any chalice cleaner or rubbing alcohol if you have it. Just be sure to put it on a soft cloth a bit than directly on the touchpad to prevent it from leaking into the computer.
Alcohol and hose. Just don't put too much on it.

Just use a unbelievably damp washcloth or something and thoughtfully wipe it down. If its really that dirty try a bit of rubbing alcohal.
