I recommend a SOS wipe or even better if you are in the ghetto try picking up some Choreboy it does wonder for more than only smoking crack.
you should get similar to a soft tissue and on a portion of it, put lens cleaning liquid and wipe it verbs softly. On tissue don't put so much liquid that when you touch the eyeshade it drips. Only damp it.
