call scientific support from the manufacturer and notify them it won't go on. Don't speak about them that you hit it on something. They might take it final to repair it under the warranty if here is no physical damage.

take it to a computer doctor and return with it fixed.
Check your local store or the place you brought it and let them try to fix the problem.
ask your parents where on earth they got it and when they get it and see if you still have a warranty on it. If you do next take it vertebrae to have it fixed, save, get a foreign one.
