what will begin to a computer if no strike is installed?

specifically the parts

Answer:

The motherboard will usually honk an error code and give up beforehand reaching the POST screen.
simple ...nil...wont boot/powerup....just constant beep...depending on bios....
It just won't boot.

Checking whether the PC (or notebook) have RAM is just bit of the boot up process. If there is no RAM, the boot process won't gain past POST and it will purely hang beep at you. The actual beep code will depend on the motherboard.
Imagine have a car next to no transmission. How will the force from the engine crankshaft be transmitted to the wheel to move the vehicle? It won't! Same principle only slightly different beside your computer. See, the hard drive(H.D.) desires some way to temporarily place the information that the computer H.D. sends out to the miscellaneous components as well as receive from the said parts to know what is and isn't working properly. Plus, every time you type a document, do an email, access the Internet or play a CD/DVD, that info needs a place to stay temporarily. It can't run to the H.D. unless it's a permanent install, otherwise the H.D. will burn out severely quickly(think leaving toast surrounded by the toaster for about ten minutes! That's how quickly it can burn out!!). Plus, RAM helps the computer to operate even faster and process more stuff at one time than near less RAM! The more RAM a computer have, the better!
It will fail the Power On Self Test, and depending on the entrepreneur, it will emit blare codes
